15.64.11  CIRCLE 

This sets the default size for circles.
SET CIRCLE [SIZE=dx[,dy]] [PERMANENT]

This is same as SET ELLIPSE

PERMANENT - Makes the current setting the new default.
(Default:1.0)

If dx is omitted it is set to the default.  If dy is omitted it is the
same as dx.
